The Bodhi Integration with Cloudbeds allows the Bodhi Platform to receive information about the check-in state of the rooms. Bodhi will receive Check In and Check Out Events and maintain the status for each room. This information can be utilized for triggering various scenes such as Grand Welcome, Checked In, and Checked Out Scenes. In addition Guest Information can be utilized for sending out links to utilize the Bodhi Guest Web App (If desired by the property). You will be prompted to accept the scope of permissions, which must be agreed to in order to proceed. If there are any questions how this information is utilized, please reach out to support@bodhi.software
If not already logged in to the Bodhi Platform, you will be prompted to log in
You will be presented with a small form to complete to add the Integration to Bodhi.
Once the form has been submitted, the Bodhi platform will take over and complete the setup process.
Rooms from Cloudbeds will be autodiscovered within approximately 60 seconds, and will be available to add to each space in Bodhi.
To add a space in Bodhi, please navigate to the appropriate space (ie Room 101) and then click the Add New Button. You will then click Device, then select "Property Management" from the dropdown, select the Cloud Beds Integration Instance, and then select the appropriate item from the list of autodiscovered rooms".
